Shipping/Refund/Return Policy:


1) Normally shipping is defaulted to FedEx (2 day, Express Saver, First Overnight, Ground, Home Delivery, Priority Overnight or Standard Overnight).

2) M5 Corporation may at its option ship by USPS (Parcel or Express Mail).

3) If a shipping option does not appear as a choice at checkout, Light than Truck Load (LTL) is the default large orders that can fit on a pallet. We will search for the best rate, and we'll contact you with any and all updates.

4) M5 Corporation will ship any order on buyer's shipping account if requested by the buyer.

5) For international shipments outside of the United States & Canada, you will only see the "Rates Unavailable. We will contact you." option when trying to get the shipping cost to your country, however you will still be able to place your order. Once your order has been placed, we will look for a quote from our shipping partners to get you the best rate. Once we find one, we will contact you via email and/or telephone. Please note that because our payment system does not keep credit card information after an order is placed for security reasons, we will need to have you provide us with your payment information so we can charge you for the appropriate amount. Once payment has been taken for the order, we will ship out your order and provide you with tracking information for your convenience.

*NOTE: International customers are expected to pay for any applicable taxes, duties or fees set by their respective country's laws.

Refund/Return Policy:

M5 Corporation (M5)'s basic policy is to do everything reasonable to have satisfactory transactions with buyers. Contact us anytime at 800-995-6530 with concerns relating to products, shipping or any other M5 service.

1) Products purchased from M5 cannot be returned without prior approval from M5.

2) M5 will issue a full refund for products that were damaged or defective prior to shipment.

3) If an order is damaged during shipping, do not accept the order and notify M5 immediately at 800-995-6530. M5 policy is " no refusal no refund " for shipping damage. Buyer and shipping agent assumes all responsibility for shipping damage or product lost during shipping.

4) Claims that the order did not arrive will not be honored if records show the product was delivered to the address specified in the order.

5) If a signature is required for order delivery, contact M5 at 800-995-6530 when the order is placed.

6) If M5 accepts a return of products that are in their original condition, and M5 has correctly filled the order, a 15% restocking charge will be paid by the buyer.

7) Any claims must be made within 30 days after receipt of order.
