In one of the oldest pasta factories in world, the Marella family makes their artisan pasta the way it was made hundreds of years ago. Using only premium durum wheat and all natural colors like spinach green, tomato red, beetroot violet, and turmeric yellow, they take traditional pastas a step further and combine a fantastic rainbow array of colors into one piece of pasta. This is a feat that is not simple to perform, and still have the pasta maintain its shape and color during cooking. The traditional bronze die used to extrude this pasta gives it a fascinating rough texture that will hold sauce like no other pasta.
