The avocado oil is obtained directly from the meat of the carefully selected Hass avocados using the cold pressed process. This process does not use any additives or preservatives on any kind, thereby assuring the oil maintains it’s natural wonderful qualities.
Cold pressed avocado oil is produced in an environment which never exceeds a certain temperature. The temperature varies, depending on the oil, but is generally around 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius). Carefully controlled temperature maintains the true quality and increases production.
