This economical food service sized premium Italian unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is from a limited production and is harvested during the new winter harvest. Unfiltered olive oil is thicker, cloudier and richer in flavor since it contains tiny particles of the olive fruit. It is not heated during the extraction process and is therefore truly raw. Once this unfiltered olive oil is tried, it will be difficult to accept any other extra virgin olive oil.
