Razor Shells in Red Wine

Ingredients
1 Can Razor Shell
1/4 Can palm syrup
2 Cups red wine (choose wine)
Salt, pepper and drops of chili sauce
Preparation
Open Razor Shell and season / Add red wine and
boil down liquid to half / Add palm syrup / Cook
wine and syrup and season / Reduce and serve
Note: If it is still too liquid, a tablespoon of corn flour
dissolved in water may be added.
To make the mixture smoother and richer,
2 tablespoons of butter may be added just before
serving.
